Miss Santana began her career in the year 2010, as supervisor of service and extended warranty in the automobile industry, after finishing her Bachelor’s degree in Marketing with a second concentration in Accounting at the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras Campus. In 2012 she obtained the Life Coach Certification.

In 2013 she started at Olympic Agency as Account Executive in the Special Products Department, working directly with extended warranties and credit accounts and specializing in the area of sales and marketing. In 2014 she obtained the Disability and Health license and she was promoted to Special Products Director.

In her work, she applies her knowledge, training vendors, creating sales strategies, implementing metrics and developing products.
